Overview
Power BI Expert - Remote Nearshore role at Randstad Digital Switzerland. This is a remote role where you will design and develop reports and dashboards that drive business decisions. You will work within one hour of Swiss local time, enabling remote collaboration. Applicants based in the EU who can travel to Switzerland are preferred.

Responsibilities
* Develop & Design Reports: Create and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards and visualizations that make complex data accessible and actionable.
* Data Modeling: Build and optimize robust data models using DAX to ensure efficient processing and accurate insights.
* Data Integration: Connect Power BI to a variety of data sources, including SQL databases, Excel, SharePoint, and other cloud-based platforms.
* Performance Optimization: Ensure all reports and dashboards are optimized for speed, scalability, and user accessibility.
* Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with stakeholders, from business analysts to data scientists, to translate their needs into powerful technical solutions.
Qualifications
* Proven Power BI Expertise: Extensive experience developing and maintaining reports and dashboards. Experience in a research context is a plus.
* Strong Technical Skills: Expertise in data modeling, DAX, and integrating Power BI with various data sources.
* Independent & Proactive: Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and take the initiative to identify and resolve issues on your own.
* Accountable: Strong sense of responsibility for deliverables and effective management of priorities and stakeholder expectations.
* Adaptable: Eagerness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving project requirements.
