Cornèrcard Financial Institutions, the B2B2C Issuing division of Cornèr Banca, is looking for a B2B Platforms Product Manager to join its Marketing & Product Management team.
This role focuses on the management, maintenance and evolution of B2B platforms developed internally and offered as a service to Financial Institution partners in Switzerland and abroad. Acting as a key interface between Cornèrcard and its Financial Institution partners, these platforms ensure the efficient handling of partner requests, card applications and other card-related processes. The role also drives platform evolutions in line with market needs, requiring strong cross‑functional collaboration to secure compliance, readiness and successful go‑to‑market execution.
Key Responsibilities
Partner-Facing B2B Platforms
* Lead the roadmap and roll‑out of B2B platforms provided to Financial Institution Partners.
* Coordinate testing, bug fixing, and ensure continuous quality improvement.
* Define priorities and oversee the delivery of new functionalities and enhancements.
Maintenance, Requirements & Compliance
* Ensure accurate product set‑up and ongoing platform maintenance.
* Keep all platform‑related documentation updated.
* Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for partner requests managed via the Partner Admin team and for card application processes.
* Draft and formalize requirements for platform evolutions in line with business and regulatory needs, coordinating with Sales, Card Onboarding, Legal, Compliance, IT and Marketing teams.
Go-to-Market, Training & Communication
* Support go‑to‑market activities for new platform features and upgrades.
* Prepare and deliver clear communications on platform updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
* Provide training sessions on B2B platforms to Swiss and international Financial Institution partners to ensure proper adoption and usage.
* Facilitate alignment and communication between technical teams, business functions, and Partners.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Platform Management, or Project Management, ideally in Financial Services.
* Proven ability to manage B2B platforms and Partner request handling.
* Strong skills in drafting and managing requirements for platform enhancements with multiple stakeholders.
* High digital affinity and knowledge of IT platforms, workflows and databases.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills, with capacity to translate complex topics into clear messages for internal stakeholders and Partners.
* Proactive and reliable, with high standards of quality and accountability.
* Multilingual: fluent in English, Italian, and German; French is a plus.
* Experience level: Mid
