Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving targeting capabilities and delivering detailed performance analyses to support various teams in understanding how client activations perform.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Improve targeting for client activations by analyzing the profile of past purchasers and providing recommendations on the targeting for future product launches.
">
">
2. Collaborate with the Client development team to deliver ad hoc targeting propositions for local events or activations depending on local business needs.
">
">
3. Analyze and/or provide means to analyze the performance in terms of retail performance, client behavior, at worldwide and local levels, through all the dimensions of the client profile.
">
">
4. Implement solutions to better measure incremental value across channels (control group, freeze group, etc.).
">
">
5. Design new reporting tools to manage activities and share them with various internal audiences.
">
">
">
6. Support Group on ad hoc requests and cross-entity dashboard creation, aligning practices on performance measurement.
">
">
7. Assist other internal teams (Client, Product, Retail, Aftersales, Marketing…) with occasional requests to better understand our clients.
">
">
">
8. Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
">
">
9. Able to engage teams on technical topics by demystifying them.
">
">
10. Fluent in English.
">
">
">

About You:

You have a graduate degree from an engineering school and/or university with training in statistics, experience in Data Analysis, consulting, or with an Analytics solution provider, and experience in CRM data management. Familiarity with Dataiku, GCP, BQ, Salesforce, Power BI is a plus.
