Your mission
Logistics
* Receiving shipments and handling internal distribution
* Conducting Incoming Quality Checks
* Updating and ensuring stock accuracy in ERP software
* Organizing and overseeing production flow and stock management
* Preparing shipments, tracking deliveries, and resolving any import/export issues
* Archiving Export Declarations (DTE)
* Developing projects such as article scanning and Express carrier integration in ERP
Purchasing
* Carrying out daily company purchases
* Regularly replenishing stock through purchases
* Ensuring minimum stock levels are maintained
* Optimizing inventory and selecting the best suppliers
Your profile
* At least 3 years of education or training in logistics and purchasing
* Previous experience in logistics and purchasing roles
* Excellent communication skills
* Flexible, rigorous, and able to work independently
* Fluent in either English or French (native level preferred)
* Minimum B2 level in English
