Job Description This role supports the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives to enhance Swissquote Bank's operational scalability, service quality, and continuous improvement culture. In this role, you will:
Execute operational transformation initiatives across banking domains
Conduct data-driven analyses using SQL and scripting languages to improve process efficiency and identify automation opportunities
Develop reports and visualisations to support decision-making and process improvements
Participate in root cause analysis, process mapping, and business case development
Assist in change management through documentation and stakeholder engagement
Collaborate across departments to implement operational improvements
Apply banking-specific knowledge to align initiatives with business needs
Minimum 3 years of practical experience in analytics reporting, process analysis, or operational/compliance functions—ideally within banking or financial services
Hands-on experience with data extraction, manipulation, and analysis tools, particularly SQL
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PHP, JavaScript) and process automation technologies
Experience documenting and maintaining business processes and procedures
Strong analytical thinking and structured approach to solving complex problems
Effective stakeholder engagement and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated initiative and ownership in driving change
Ability to collaborate across functions and adapt to evolving environments
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Proficiency in SQL and experience querying relational databases
Ability to produce clear, structured documentation and training materials
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French is an advantage
