Team Leader Order Management with German
Manage a team in an operational hands-on way to ensure orders are processed smoothly, accurately, and efficiently for customers, while providing excellent customer service. Aim for maximum satisfaction throughout the process while achieving company goals.
Key responsibilities
* Lead an Order Management team in daily operations;
* Coordinate with the European Supply Chain Organization and handle Tier 2 escalations within the Supply Chain area;
* Monitor and improve departmental KPIs, driving process improvements and automation;
* Analyze stock data for sleeves and cylinders, coordinating exchanges or scrapping as needed for timely delivery;
* Analyze customer information to enhance relationships;
* Manage stakeholders to ensure requirements and activities are completed;
* Optimize resource utilization within business activities;
* Create an environment for team training and growth;
* Motivate and inspire team members by setting a positive example;
* Act as a mediator between management, stakeholders, and team members to facilitate communication and resolve complaints.
Required skills, experience & education
* Strong experience in service center order management or similar customer-facing roles;
* 1-3 years of team leadership experience;
* Analytical thinking skills;
* Proficiency in SAP;
* Customer-oriented problem-solving abilities;
* Fluency in English and German;
* Additional skills: 'rem ipsum', 'Lorem ipsum' (replace with actual skills if available).
