Campus LAN Engineer – Bern, Switzerland
We are looking for a Campus LAN Engineer to manage your network infrastructure in Bern, Switzerland. The role focuses on Cisco ISE, Meraki, NAC, and security solutions. Strong German language skills are required for workshops, meetings, and written communication.
Office-based in Bern – 4 days in office and 1 remote day.
Permanent, full-time position.
Qualifications
* Cisco Switching: Design, implement, and maintain Cisco switching environments.
* Meraki Access Points: Configure, deploy, and manage Meraki wireless access points.
* Fortinet FortiGate: Knowledge of configuring and managing FortiGate firewalls.
* Certifications: Valid CCNA or CCNP certification.
* Language: Strong German language skills.
* Experience with Network Access Control and security practices.
Main Responsibilities
* Install, configure, and maintain campus LAN environments on customer sites.
* Consult and support customers in planning and implementing network projects.
* Conduct troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis, providing technical support for network issues.
* Document all completed work and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
