As such, you direct the projects and implementations under your responsibility, from defining needs in the pre-study phase to deploying new equipment in the field. A true link between projects, maintenance entities, and you organize and coordinate the necessary resources for the project. Finally, you carry out certain technical studies or complementary analyses requested by various partners, and you actively contribute to the satisfaction of our clients by making the study and implementation phases as transparent and comfortable as possible for our clientele.ProfileYou hold a degree from a university of applied sciences or an equivalent technical field, ideally in railway engineering or equivalent. You have a confirmed experience of over 5 years, including at least 3 years in a role of comparable responsibility, ideally in the railway or maintenance sectors. You master the technical specificities related to the construction and functioning of a railway line (civil/railway engineering skills). Comfortable in collaboration with your partners, your listening ability allows you to understand the constraints of the different impacted trades, frequently visiting the field to gather and unite teams around a common project.
