Short Description
We are seeking an experienced Education & Learning Solutions Program/Product Owner to join our dynamic team, focusing on the development and lifecycle management of educational programs and products. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the medical or educational sector, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of educational solutions.
Main Responsibilities
1. Program and product ideation
o Manage a portfolio of priority products to ensure the educational targets are met and the products meet business expectations.
o Responsible for program or product scoping (performing clinical and market scoping, developing related business and feasibility plan resulting in formal project document) in close collaboration with Education Design, ITC and Finance.
o Develop and maintain deep understanding of the target group(s) and their educational needs, including existing offerings, decision making processes, and funding sources.
o Monitor trends to consult assigned target groups and support the innovation process.
o Define the vision of a product and drive the ideation process with key stakeholders.
2. Program and product development management
o Perform program or product planning (allocation of resources, responsibilities, and interfaces).
o Work closely with Education Design in the creation of the product/program.
o Collaborate with Marketing and Education Events to ensure a successful launch and running of the new product.
o Drive implementation planning and support.
o Support and mentor team members in managing their products.
3. Program and product lifecycle management
o Monitor program or product using established KPIs and reporting, drive quality controlling and provide feedback for improvement of monitor and reporting methodology.
o Manage and oversee program and product adjustments (incl. termination of programs or products not in line with portfolio strategy and targets).
o Monitor and report project progress and finances incl. budget planning, risk analysis and mitigation.
o Prepare project governance meetings; document and implement governance decisions.
o Run project communication with internal and external contributors and stakeholders.
4. Partnership management
o Involve, manage, and coordinate between relevant partners and vendors on the respective program or product level.
o Responsible for internal and external relationships and cooperations.
o Drive initial market research.
o Together with Marketing, develop product/program strategy with regards to price, place (distribution), and promotion.
Main Requirements
* Masters degree in business, medical, educational or related field.
* Min 5 years in Product Manager/Product Owner role, preferably in a medical/educational environment.
* Extensive experience managing international cross-functional teams in matrix organizations.
* Excellent English language knowledge (written and oral skills). Fluency in German considered as an added value.
