Job Descriptionbr/br/pstrongHead of Media and Internal Communications /strong is responsible for managing the Group’s media relations and internal communications activities, ensuring consistent, clear and timely messaging aligned with the Group’s strategy, performance and values. The role supports senior leadership in particular the CEO in strengthening the Group’s visibility and reputation in Switzerland and internationally, while fostering engagement and alignment internally across regions and business areas. /ppThe role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to the following: /p puMedia Relations /u /pulliDevelop and implement proactive media engagement strategies aligned with corporate priorities and strategic milestones. /liliManage relationships with key Swiss and international journalists across business, financial and trade media. /liliSupport and coordinate CEO and senior leadership visibility in Swiss and international media, including interviews, opinion pieces and public appearances. /liliPrepare media briefings, key messages, QA documents and interview preparation materials. /liliCoordinate media activities around results announcements, strategic developments, acquisitions and corporate initiatives. /liliKeep the company’s intranet up to date both in terms of content and navigation /liliMonitor media coverage and provide analysis, insights and recommendations. /li /ulpuInternal Communications /u /pulliDevelop and execute internal communication plans supporting strategic initiatives, organisational changes and leadership messaging. /liliDraft internal announcements, leadership communications and employee updates. /liliEnsure consistent messaging across headquarters, regions and business areas. /liliSupport and coordinate CEO and senior leadership visibility within the company /liliSupport employee engagement initiatives and internal campaigns. /liliEngage and foster the community of communications professionals based in the regions /liliOrganise the Senior Leaders quarterly calls /liliKeep the company’s intranet up to date both in terms of content and navigation /liliAdvise senior leadership on communication approach, tone and timing in a multicultural environment. /li /ulpuContent and Messaging /u /pulliTranslate complex business, financial and technical topics into clear and compelling communication for internal and external audiences. /liliEnsure alignment between internal and external narratives, particularly around strategy and sustainability. /liliMaintain editorial standards and consistency across communication channels. /li /ulpuIssues and Reputation Management /u /pulliSupport the management of sensitive issues and reputational matters in coordination with Corporate Communications and Legal. /liliPrepare holding statements and internal guidance when required. /li /ulbrQualificationsbr/br/ulliDegree in Communications, Journalism, Business or related field /lili7–12+ years’ experience in corporate communications, including significant experience in internal communications. /liliStrong experience in media relations, ideally within the Swiss media landscape. /liliExperience supporting senior executives or CEO visibility in a listed company environment. /liliNative German speaker with full professional fluency in English (written and spoken). /liliStrong writing and editorial skills. /liliExcellent judgement and ability to operate in high-visibility situations. /liliExperience in international or listed company environment strongly preferred /li /ul br/br/Additional Informationbr/br/ulliStrong understanding of the Swiss media and corporate environment. /liliAbility to balance transparency, precision and reputational considerations. /liliCredibility with senior stakeholders and executives. /liliCalm, structured and solution-oriented approach under pressure /li /ul
