Your Responsibilities
* Conduct validation experiments for HPLC methodologies applied to antibodies, proteins, and peptides utilizing diverse separation techniques including size exclusion chromatography, ion exchange, reversed‑phase, and peptide mapping
* Partner with scientific teams and quality reviewers throughout the entire validation lifecycle to ensure method robustness and regulatory compliance
* Document and assess experimental data with precision, adhering strictly to GMP guidelines and internal quality standards
* Contribute to the preparation, verification, and review of validation documentation and technical reports
* Provide technical assistance to operational HPLC laboratories during periods of high demand or resource constraints
* Plan, execute, and oversee maintenance programs and qualification protocols for analytical instrumentation
Your Profile
* Completed laboratory technician training coupled with a minimum of 10 years of hands‑on industry experience
* Extensive proficiency in HPLC/UPLC analysis, including advanced troubleshooting capabilities
* Demonstrated track record in conducting method validation within GMP‑regulated pharmaceutical environments
* Practical involvement in authoring or critically reviewing validation reports and related technical documentation
* Meticulous, systematic, and dependable approach to laboratory operations
* Excellent collaborative abilities and strong interpersonal communication skills
* Self‑motivated attitude with the drive to assume responsibility for laboratory processes
* Solid command of English and German, both written and verbal
