A proactive mindset, reliability, and strong team spirit define you, along with the drive to take responsibility and contribute actively to our shared success. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liJoin the sourcing team in the day-to-day business of specialist recruitment with administrative support, candidate acquisition, profile screening, first contact, contract negotiations, interviews and final placements. /li liCoordinate with and be a reliable point of contact for candidates and hiring managers from first contact to final place (360° recruiting). /li liCoordinate interviews with potential candidates and hiring managers. /li liAssist with the implementation of digital candidate acquisition measures. /li liManage existing clients, acquire new clients, and strengthen long-term client relationships. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liA Bachelor's degree (or equivalent formal education) is required; applicants in the final stages of their degree are also welcome. /li liPractical experience or a background in recruiting, IT, pharma, or life sciences is considered an advantage. /li liFluency in German (B2-level) and English is essential. /li liYou are efficient, a quick learner, digitally savvy, communicative, creative, a team player, and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
