Profile: Certificate of vocational competence in business administration and/or a diploma of executive assistant, supplemented with training as an HR assistant; proven experience in management and HR (experience in health and social sector is an asset); excellent command of French with strong writing skills; very good sense of confidentiality, with analytical and synthesis skills; comfortable with common tools (MS Office, Canva, intranet); engaged, dynamic, and professional personality, with a good sense of open to innovative management styles and motivated to invest in a meaningful project.
