About the role
We are looking for a pragmatic, detail-oriented and business-minded Finance & HR Specialist (100% or in a job-sharing arrangement to ensure continuity during absences), to strengthen our Finance and HR team. You will manage both financial accounting and payroll/HR administration, combining accuracy with a pragmatic and business-oriented mindset. Working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Abacus, and BambooHR, you will ensure precise bookkeeping, reliable payroll processing, and smooth HR administration.
