Academia International School is a bilingual (German/English) and English‑speaking long‑term secondary school (Years 7–12) that prepares students for the International A Levels. This internationally recognised qualification grants students access to universities around the world.
In Years 7 and 8, we follow both the Cambridge/Pearson Edexcel Curriculum and the Swiss Lehrplan 21. From Year 9 onwards, we transition fully to the Pearson Edexcel Curriculum, guiding students through the IGCSEs and ultimately the International A Levels.

Responsibilities
* Teach geography following the Pearson Edexcel curriculum.
* Plan, prepare, and evaluate lessons, including long‑term planning and team coordination.
* Support and implement the school’s pedagogical concept.
* Foster a positive learning environment and provide individual student support.
Qualifications
* Teaching degree and teaching experience preferred; experience with Pearson Edexcel curriculum is a plus.
* Excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to planning and classroom management.
* Team player with a commitment to innovative and inclusive teaching.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
* Willingness to participate in extracurricular activities, including trips and events.
