Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with management to coordinate the commercial strategy across all brands within the portfolio
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly analyses related to turnover, collections, specific products, campaigns, and events
* Configure and update sales price lists for both retail stores and online channels; activate periodic promotions and discounts
* Develop, implement, and monitor marketing materials for retail stores
* Collaborate with the Communication and E-commerce departments to ensure a cohesive, full-funnel strategy aligned with monthly and annual growth goals
* Communicate with the retail network to ensure stores are kept up to date on commercial initiatives
* Monitor the goods delivery process to stores
* Handle operational and administrative tasks and liaise with the Italian headquarters
Your Profile
* Experience in sales and marketing activities, preferably within the fashion industry
* Fluent in English and Italian; German and French are considered a plus
* Good knowledge of MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel
* Bachelor’s degree in economics or a related field is preferred
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to meet deadlines effectively and manage projects independently
* Positive, proactive attitude with a fast-learning and flexible mindset
* Strong problem-solving skills
