Sales Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Partner Identification and Coverage:
o Evaluate potential partners based on performance metrics, market insights, and alignment with our offerings.
o Develop a strategy to engage and prioritize high-potential partners for targeted development efforts.
* Partner Relationship Management:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of smaller partners, ensuring they are supported and engaged.
o Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships, fostering loyalty and long-term collaboration.
* Business Growth and Enablement:
o Collaborate with partners to develop growth plans, focusing on areas like product adoption, market expansion, and sales enablement.
o Equip partners with training, resources, and tools to drive their success and maximize their impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals with a four-year degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience. You should have 0-2 years of work experience in enterprise selling, channel & alliance, or a related field. Additionally, you should possess skills in account management, automation, business development, business planning, and customer relationship management.
Benefits:
