Purpose:
1. Support design, develop and deliver business analytics & performance tracking deliverables across portfolio (e.g. Launch Trackers, Performance Reviews).
2. Support International implementation of Patient & Market forecast models by models’ localization and consolidation
3. Support Marketing & STF HUB team & I&A IBT Delegates to deliver high quality, timely and actionable analytics for Brand Teams.
Responsibilities:
4. Design and develop the business analytics & performance tracking deliverables across portfolio to proactively plan, manage and execute commercial data modeling and scenario analysis.
5. Deliver high quality, timely and actionable analytics that characterize opportunities and risks and translate into clear management recommendations with associated implications for the business.
6. Support continuous improvement efforts across international business analytics including, but not limited to innovation in advanced analytics approaches, identification of new data where required and function capabilities
7. Support International implementation of Patient & Market forecast models by models localization and consolidation
Qualifications:
8. Degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or Engineering. MBA or PhD or other post graduate degree preferred
9. 5 yrs of experience in Pharma customer & market insights generation, forecasting, omnichannel orchestration, SFE and advance data analytics
10. Experience in working with Above-market, global or international commercial and marketing teams
11. Knowledge of forecasting and modelling approaches and tools
12. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
13. Understanding and experience working with BI Solutions, Data Management and Warehousing (Desired)
14. Proficiency in SQL / Python programming language (Desired)
