Senior Manager, Sponsorships & Partnerships

We are pleased to offer a unique opportunity for a Senior Manager, Sponsorships & Partnerships to join our Global Marketing team. In this key role, you’ll lead and elevate strategic collaborations that enrich the Explora Journeys brand experience.
Your Impact
* Manage a portfolio of existing sponsors/partners: ensure delivery of rights, smooth fulfillment of contracted benefits, act as day‑to‑day contact, maintain partner satisfaction.
* Plan, coordinate and supervise activation programs: on-site event activations, experiential marketing, digital & social activation, branding, hospitality, etc.
* Identify new sponsorship / partnership opportunities; negotiate contracts; manage renewals; upsell existing partners; propose new benefits / value adds.
* Ensure rights are properly defined, contracted, delivered; liaise with legal / contracts teams; monitor fulfilment; ensure partner obligations are met.
* Manage partnership budgets; ensure invoicing; monitor cost vs return.
* Work with Marketing / Communications / Events / Digital / Operations / Legal / Media teams to deliver partner campaigns; ensure visibility, alignment with brand guidelines and overall strategy.
* Define KPIs; track performance; prepare partner reports; evaluate ROI; gather feedback; recommend improvements.
* Proactively propose new ideas, creative activations, etc to add value for partners and differentiate your offering.
* Engage with senior stakeholders, select agencies, external vendors; represent the organization externally; manage contracts, media rights, etc.
* Depending on geography: attend tournaments, partner events, activations, possibly international travel.
Your Journey so far
* 10+ years in sport sponsorship, sport partnerships, or sports marketing, ideally with luxury or premium global brands.
* Contract negotiation, partner management, renewals, upselling, and innovative activations across live events, digital, and hospitality.
Your Essentials
* Results-driven, commercially minded, and passionate about luxury travel, sports, and premium partnerships.
* Skilled relationship manager with senior stakeholder and vendor engagement experience on a global scale.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Fluent in English.
