Your ResponsibilitiesYou define and execute program strategies aligned with product line objectives and business targetsYou lead and oversee multiple global sourcing and development projects, ensuring delivery across technical scope, cost, quality, and timelinesYou coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams such as engineering, sourcing, quality, or operations in a matrix organizationYou proactively identify risks and deviations, and drive mitigation plans in alignment with senior stakeholdersYou organize and lead risk and governance meetings with management and key stakeholdersYou ensure structured and transparent project reporting (KPIs, budgets, milestones) in line with PMO standardsYou manage project planning and financial tracking using tools such as MS ProjectYou ensure successful project closure, including post-project follow-up (SOP +6 months) and handover to Product ManagementYou drive compliance with internal processes, including the Product Engineering ProcessYour ProfileYou hold a degree in Engineering or a related field, combined with strong business acumenYou bring extensive experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in an industrial and international environmentYou have solid experience in supply chain and sourcing activities, including supplier selection, cost management, and industrialization phasesYou demonstrate a proven track record delivering projects under cost, quality, and schedule constraintsYou have experience working in matrix organizations, coordinating teams without direct authorityYou possess strong stakeholder management skills and communicate effectively at all organizational levels, including senior leadershipYou have a structured, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesYou ideally hold a project management certification such as IPMA (Level B or equivalent), PMI, or similarYou are fluent in English, German and/or French are a strong plusOur OfferCan we inspire you to take on a responsible position in a dynamic and independent family business?
