We are seeking a Global MANEX SPS (Syngenta Production System) Manager, to support the SPS lead in codifying and sustaining the Syngenta Production System. This role will establish connections within global MANEX, Excellence functions, and local sites to ensure successful SPS implementation while driving continuous improvement through Community of Practice.
Accountabilities
* Collaborate with partners to codify SPS, documenting best practices and standards
* Lead the execution of the SPS governance model
* Drive continuous improvement of the SPS model
* Lead and develop the SPS Community of Practice
* Partner with external organizations to exchange best practices
* Monitor and report on SPS implementation effectiveness
* Support knowledge transfer from global to sites
* Design and maintain a results-driven production system
Qualifications
* MS/BS in Industrial, Engineering, or Chemical Sciences
* Proven manufacturing experience with lean transformation expertise
* Strong program management background
* Experience in organizational design and change management
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Global mobility for site visits
* Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
* Strong coaching and training capabilities
* Experience in complex organizational transformations
* Ability to work independently and in complex structures
