Then join our team and apply for this exciting role. /p h3HSE Specialist 80% /h3 pStellennummer 5317 am Standort Luzern CH-6005 - Teilzeit /p h3Main tasks /h3 ul liEnsure the adaptation and deployment of Sodexo’s HSE Strategy on each site where Sodexo operates /li liReview of national legislation, comparison with Group requirements and development of health, safety and environmental procedures in the local Sodexo management system for all services provide by Sodexo on site /li liMaintain the local Sodexo HSE Management System /li liConduct risk assessments /li liDevelop and conduct HSE trainings /li liManage Incidents and administrate the SALUS system (systematically registration of all accidents on site as well as near misses and observations) /li liPrepare reports in occupational health, occupational safety, and environment area /li liConducting HSE audits on site in occupational health and safety and environment area as well as preparation and accompaniment of external audits /li liSupport and build relations with operational teams to drive behaviour change and achieve best results in occupational health and safety /li liCollaborate closely with the building technology (Gebäudetechnik) teams to ensure seamless integration of HSE requirements into technical operations and facility processes /li liSupport HSE implementation and operational readiness at our new site in Lucerne, ensuring alignment with Sodexo standards and local regulatory requirements /li liContribute to delivery of high-quality service in the country, on time, on budget and key performance indicators /li /ul h3Competencies / personal specification /h3 ul liUniversity graduate in FM, health safety, chemistry or environmental protection /li liCertificate as an occupational safety specialist /li liWork experience in occupational safety minimum 1 year. /li liProactive, analytic, able to work in teams on each level of the organization /li liGood communication and presentation skills /li liWillingness to travel - approx. 1-2 days per week /li liGerman, English (intermediate – B1 or equivalent) (French be of benefit) /li liEducation work safety experience in project and process management /li liPersonal competences /li liGrowth, Client Customer Satisfaction/Quality of Services provided /li liAbility to work successfully in a matrix organisation /li liInitiative, good self-organisation, and team player /li liGeneralist - interest in a wide range of topics and projects /li liHigh empathy and intercultural competence /li liMeticulous work /li liStrong critical and reflective skills /li liBusiness Consulting /li /ul pFixed working days, can be chosen by you. /p pIn this position, you will have a lot of room for manoeuvre and personal responsibility and work in an exciting and dynamic environment.
