What you can expect
* End-to-end responsibility for the operation, configuration, and further development of the Epic MyChart module throughout its entire lifecycle
* Analysis of system behavior in the productive environment and implementation of targeted optimizations to ensure stability, performance, and an excellent user experience
* Translation of complex clinical, operational, and technical requirements into sustainable MyChart solutions
* Acting as a central interface between clinical departments, business units, IT, and external partners
* Professional ownership of defined MyChart subject areas with a high degree of autonomy and creative freedom
Your Profile
* Training in computer science/business informatics and experience in EpicCare Ambulatory, Cogito, Clarity Data Model, Caboodle Data Model as well as good knowledge of SQL and M-code
* At least 5 years of proven experience with Epic MyChart across more than two healthcare organizations
* Deep understanding of patient-centered digital services and data-driven analytics
* Excellent English skills (C2 level) and very good German skills (B1+ level)
* Residence in Switzerland and willingness to work on site in Bern at least three days per week
