Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
To strengthen our global TA Team located in Greifensee Switzerland, we are looking for an open-minded, energetic and engaged Talent Acquisition Specialist 100% (all genders)
In this role, your responsibilities would include:
* Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to interview processes, and support the onboarding of new hires, using our ATS
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices, including sourcing
* Close cooperation with the TA teams (Switzerland and European countries)
* Develop and maintain a strong talent pool and utilize data-driven approach, recruitment metric
* Ensure compliance with all relevant hiring laws and regulations while promoting diversity and inclusion within the hiring process
* Act as an ambassador for the company’s employer brand in Switzerland, including presence at University fairs and Campus recruitment
* Participate in employer branding activities
What You Need to Succeed
Following requirements are necessary for this role:
* You have at least two years of work experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record
* A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
* You have experience with modern TA technologies and platforms (ATS, CRM, AI tools, LinkedIn Recruiter etc.). Avature would be a plus
* Experience with recruitment within a similar industry is an advantage
* You bring strong interpersonal skills, good organizational skills, attention to detail with good ability to build relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates
* Furthermore, you are fluent in English and German
