Description : In our Global Product Group Grid and Power Quality Solutions and Service, we are constantly evolving and improving our offerings and solutions to provide our customers with the full benefit of our technology and innovation, within highly effective Business Models that support our global customers in achieving their energy needs while improving efficiency, saving resources, and reducing emissions.
Working within the Hub Europe of the Grid and Power Quality Solutions and Service Product Group, you will support the Management team in increasing our market penetration and implementing our strategy by continuously interfacing with various departments within the Global Product Group and Operating Units within the Hub Europe. You will report to the Head of Marketing & Sales of Hub Europe and will drive the sales of large projects focused on renewables, industries, and utilities to best serve our customers and the growing market.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Working with key customers on strategic large opportunities in various markets and segments to develop these opportunities into orders.
2. Being self driven, utilizing all available resources, and engaging internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
3. Driving the Capture team approach with a cross functional and business unit team to develop strategies to capture key opportunities.
4. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and develop solutions that meet customer expectations.
5. Utilizing and further developing our existing business models to establish long term partnerships with customers.
6. Working with segment leaders and local marketing & sales teams to implement mechanisms like Frame Agreements and Capacity Reservation Agreements to secure opportunities while ensuring delivery capabilities and technical solutions.
7. Coordinating with local sales and tendering teams, other business units, and supply chain management to fulfill customer requirements.
8. Ensuring opportunities align with organizational strategy, managing risks, and creating future growth opportunities through project execution.
9. Living core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for actions, and caring for colleagues and the business.
Your background includes:
1. A degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or relevant fields.
2. Over 15 years of experience in sales, focusing on large, complex, cross country opportunities within the
