As part of your duties, you will be responsible for: Carrying out nursing rounds in the Canton of Geneva, equipped with a company car, ensuring technical care autonomously, providing personalized care based on the child's needs; ensuring traceability of care and essential information for the management; participating in the child's needs assessment to establish a precise care plan; participating in care with the multidisciplinary team; What we offer you: A reference structure specialized in home care that places particular importance on care quality and proximity, nursing rounds in a restricted geographical area, by bike, car, or on foot. Continuous day schedule, evening, or split shifts. Profile: You hold a nursing diploma recognized by the Red Cross; you have at least 2 years of experience as a Nurse; you have a successful first experience in a service or Home Hospitalization; you have good knowledge of the Geneva or Swiss healthcare network; you are flexible, autonomous, and able to manage your emotions; you have a vehicle and are comfortable cycling (a plus); you are open to temporary assignments.
