Your main missions: You ensure the maintenance of green spaces in a sector of the City of Nyon, by leading a field team that you support daily. Mostly present in the field, you guarantee the quality of interventions, the respect of safety rules, and the good distribution of tasks. You actively contribute to sustainable developments promoting biodiversity, in accordance with the requirements of the Swiss Green City Label, while ensuring the connection with the Director and relevant partners.Profile: You hold an apprenticeship certificate as a landscaper (federal certificate: a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role). You have solid experience in team management and possess good knowledge in differentiated maintenance, plants, biodiversity, and safety. You are recognized for your rigor, your sense of responsibility, and your leadership skills.Time of function: June 1st or by agreement.
