To join our Electrotechnical service team located in Préverenges VD, we are looking for a: Technical and Compliance Manager OIBT (f/m) 100% Profile Skilled professional holding a federal diploma with proven experience of at least 10 years in electrical engineering, compliance, and project management. In-depth knowledge of OIBT/NIBT standards and an entrepreneurial mindset, proactivity, and a sense of responsibility to manage projects independently, cost estimation, and planning. Technical leadership, rigor, and pedagogy to support trainees (apprentices, installers) on technical aspects and quality. Mastery of dimensioning tools and the Winprogitel & ElektroForm software. Responsibilities Ensure the role of skilled professional and guarantee compliance of electrical installations according to OIBT regulations and standards. Define, update, and ensure adherence to technical and safety procedures. Train, advise, and support the team (apprentices, installers) on quality and technical aspects. Conduct internal audits and propose corrective actions. Support complex projects by providing high-level technical expertise. Occasionally manage certain projects. Ensure regulatory monitoring and anticipate developments. Be the main contact for audits, inspections, and controls related to OIBT and ESTI.
