Your Responsibilities
Lead and organize the pâtisserie at the highest level – from à la carte and banquets to afternoon tea and innovative dessert creations
Develop and implement creative, seasonal dessert concepts while incorporating current trends and maintaining top-quality standards
Manage, motivate, and train a dedicated team of pâtissiers (2 employees)
Work closely with the kitchen and F&B management to continuously enhance our culinary offerings
Ensure compliance with hygiene and quality regulations according to HACCP standards

This is you
Completed training as a pâtissier
Several years of experience as a Chef Pâtissier or Sous Chef Pâtissier in luxury 5-star hospitality
Creativity, innovative spirit, and a strong sense for taste, textures, and presentation
Leadership skills with high social competence and an eye for talent development
Structured, independent working style with a strong commitment to quality
Languages: English and Italian, German is a Plus
