Your Opportunity
Location: Stabio (Ticino), full time (20% smart working)
We are looking for a Business Process Owner - Finance Processes across the Value Chain, who will be an integral part of the Group-level Finance Transformation team.
The candidate will be initially involved in Finance Transformation projects, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA implementation and the evolution of Finance processes integrated along the production and distribution value chain.
The role will progressively evolve into a permanent process governance position, with responsibility for global policies, standards, and advanced reporting. The scope includes all Group Business Units, with ongoing collaboration with Shared Service Centers (SSCs) and local Finance teams.
How Will You Contribute
During the project phase (transformation):
* Lead the definition and implementation of to-be finance processes related to:
o Product Costing
o Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
o Inventory Valuation
o Intercompany Flows & Transfer Pricing
* Work closely with IT, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain teams, and consulting partners to drive the integrated modeling and implementation of processes in SAP S/4HANA
* Engage with Business Unit Finance teams and SSCs to ensure proper adoption and operational execution of new processes
* Contribute to the definition of the operational and management reporting model, integrating relevant business dimensions at Group level
* Support testing, user training, and international roll-out phases
* Promote the adoption of digital and data-driven solutions for performance monitoring
During the post-project phase (run & improve):
* Take ownership as Business Process Owner for value chain-related Finance processes at Group level
* Govern process documentation, define standard operating procedures, controls, and KPIs consistently across legal entities and business units
* Monitor process performance, promote continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure global alignment
* Drive the evolution of the reporting model, supporting business, operational, and top management needs
* Collaborate with BI & Analytics teams on the development of dashboards and advanced reporting
* Act as a key reference for all operational and controlling finance functions, both at central and local level
Who you are
You are a senior professional with a structured mindset, oriented toward standardization, governance, and digitalization, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
You Have
* Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or related fields
* 8-10 years of experience in Finance, with strong exposure to Finance-Operations integrated processes
* Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA projects, ideally as process lead or key user
* Deep knowledge of product costing, P2P, inventory management, intercompany flows, and transfer pricing
* Experience in advanced management reporting and use of Business Intelligence tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Oracle EPM Cloud - such as Planning, Narrative Reporting)
* Fluent Italian and English
