Responsibilities
* Handle and classify incident reports via phone and email, and process support tickets.
* Ensure effective communication with customers.
* Inform customers about planned maintenance windows and the status of major disruptions.
* Assist in maintaining ICT services in the company's data center and at client sites.
Qualifications
* Completed commercial or IT basic training.
* Enthusiasm for IT or experience in a related field.
* Experience in customer contact.
* Fluent in German; English skills are a plus.
