With nearly fifty engaged staff members, the SG-OJV is looking for an HR assistant to strengthen the existing team. Responsibilities Ensure tasks related to various HR processes (time management, data entry and contractual documents in the HRIS, drafting of contractual documents, etc.). Provide information and advice to office managers, executives, and staff on HR procedures and documents as well as on applicable regulations in human resources management. Record various personnel-related information in the HRIS. Conduct lifecycle processes regarding personnel with the relevant partners (DGRH, LAA, etc.) and draft various contractual documents. Required Qualifications Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as a commercial employee or a qualification deemed complementary in human resources management (e.g., diploma as an assistant in personnel management). Proven experience in human resources management of at least 5 years after obtaining the CFC, including a minimum of 2 years in HR. Knowledge of the Vaud canton and its operations, good command of standard tools. Proficiency in writing and a good command of spelling. Rigorous and autonomous. Comfortable managing multiple tasks.
