Fleet Manager (M/F/D) 80 – 100%
As part of a small, dynamic team, you will be responsible for our vehicle fleet.
Your responsibilities
Responsible for technical maintenance of the vehicle fleet.
Planning and coordinating vehicle inspections (MFK), tire management and purchasing.
Coordinating all repairs, scheduling workshop appointments and processing accident claims.
Repairing minor vehicle damage/ maintenance.
Assisting the COO with operational planning.
Further development of fleet management including establishing a vehicle check-out and check-in process.
Obtaining customs certificates (Carnet ATA).
Your profile
Completed technical training in commercial vehicles or automotive engineering.
Business administration continuing education (technical sales representative or similar).
Flexible availability.
Professional experience in fleet or workshop management.
Confident communication skills in German and English; additional languages are beneficial.
Class C/C1 driver’s license for workshop visits and empty runs.
