How you can make an impactWe are looking for an experienced IT/Cyber Analyst to strengthen our Swiss security team. In this role, you will support the CISO function, manage day to day requests and approvals, support and troubleshoot cyber related incidents dedicated to the Swiss environment, support the Identity and Access Management (I&AM) function, support the review of our on-premise and cloud infrastructure guardrails, and ensure compliance with Swiss data protection laws and international security standards. You will contribute to projects across the organization.
1. Support the local and wider CISO function
2. Review Cyber guardrails on a regular basis
3. Document and improve the local Cyber processes
4. Maintain compliance
5. Support the team within the:
6. I&AM user lifecycle function
7. Phishing campaigns
8. Day to day Cyber operations
9. Respond to security incidents and support vulnerability management
10. Collaborate with cloud architects, compliance officers, and cross-functional teams
11. Propose and implement improvements that strengthen security controls and add tangible value.
12. Support, organize and track penetration testing efforts
13. Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture.
Who We Are Looking ForEssential
14. Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
15. Basic understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts, including authentication, authorisation, and access provisioning
16. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities, and the capacity to convey highly complex cybersecurity topics and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences at various hierarchical levels.
17. Possess strong organizational skills to facilitate management and tracking of large numbers of incidents, requests and associated tasks
18. High attention to detail and accuracy when handling security requests and documentation
19. Awareness of cloud security principles in Microsoft Azure
20. Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop in the cyber security field
21. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships across departments
22. Professional and service-oriented approach when supporting colleagues and stakeholders
Desirable
23. Operational knowledge of preventive and detective security controls such as firewalls, advanced endpoint solutions, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), web filtering, and email security gateways
24. Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT service management principles
25. Familiarity with GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) frameworks
26. Understanding of Swiss data protection laws (revDSG/nDSG) and familiarity with standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST
27. Experience with service management systems such as ServiceNow
28. Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, SC-900, or similar
29. Fluent German language skills
