You are responsible for designing, developing and promoting innovative trade finance structures and products that enable TFS to capture commercial opportunities efficiently, at scale, and within the firm’s risk and governance framework. /p pThis role is positioned at the intersection of commercial origination, structuring ingenuity, and internal coordination. You translate business ideas into bankable (incl. insurance-backed) and scalable trade finance solutions. /p pOperating within a flat team structure, the role focuses on high value‑adding structuring, credit insurance sourcing, product development and stakeholder engagement. The position acts as a key interface between Global TFS Commercial teams, Bunge central functions and external insurance partners. /p pbKey Accountabilities /b /p pbStructuring Product Development /b /p liPartner with Global TFS Commercial teams to identify needs for bnew products or enhancements to existing trade finance structures /b. /li liDesign and implement bscalable, bankable and compliant trade finance solutions /b, aligned with the TFS model and governance framework. /li liLead structuring discussions and approval processes with Legal, Risk, Tax, Compliance and Accounting. /li liMaintain and periodically review bapproved term sheets and legal documentation /b. /li liAct as senior reviewer and sponsor on complex transactions. /li pbCredit Insurance /b /p liSource and structure bsingle‑risk credit insurance solutions /b in support of commercial transactions. /li liMaintain effective relationships with credit insurance broker and underwriters. /li liMaintain libraries of SOPs for contracting credit insurance capacity and of agreed policy wordings. /li liCoordinate underwriting submissions, insurance binding and claims processes. /li pbInternal Coordination /b /p liPromote TFS structures and products internally, supporting commercial initiatives. /li liContribute to process efficiency, ensuring optimal allocation between commercial, structuring and execution responsibilities. /li liAct as a trusted internal advisor on structuring and credit insurance matters. /li pbKnowledge, Skills Experience /b /p liUniversity degree. /li libMinimum 6 years’ experience /b in structured trade finance, commodity finance or trade/specialty credit insurance. /li liProven experience structuring complex trade finance transactions receivables financing, inventory financing, borrowing base facilities, prepayment/pre‑export finance) or proven experience in sourcing, brokering or underwriting credit insurance in emerging and/or commodities markets. /li liAbility to clearly articulate complex structures to commercial and control functions. /li liStrong structuring, documentation and analytical skills. /li liFluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage. /li liExperience with off‑balance‑sheet / derecognition structures is a plus. /li pbCompetencies /b /p liIndependent decision‑maker with strong judgment /li liCommercially minded, creative problem‑solver /li liStrong stakeholder management and communication skills /li liDetail‑oriented and able to operate under pressure /li liCollaborative team player in a flat organizational structure /li pbWhy Join Us? /b /p pThis role offers a rare chance to work at the intersection of btrade finance innovation, commercial strategy, and cross-functional collaboration /b.
