Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
The DPS SC Project Lead will report directly to the Transcend Work Stream Lead and will be responsible for supporting the DePuy Synthes franchise across a broad range of activities and deliverables. This role is intended to help the franchise achieve its objectives. Responsibilities include:
* Collaborate with local and regional teams to develop and coordinate project plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
* Organize project teams, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure timely and scope-compliant delivery.
* Identify and resolve obstacles, managing multiple interrelated projects, including business transformation initiatives.
* Facilitate planning and execution of business simulations, testing, validation, and readiness activities.
* Support the implementation of program methodology, tools, templates, and controls, creating relevant materials.
* Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication of risks, dependencies, and performance metrics.
* Demonstrate customer focus, interpersonal skills, and adherence to Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership principles.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
* 8+ years of Program Management experience on large complex business transformation programs
* Experience in Orthopaedics Supply Chain is required.
* Demonstrated hands-on project management/delivery required
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
* Ability to effectively manage personal deliverables to expectations
* Proficiency in Office 365 Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio) is required.
* Experience with PMP, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma /Process Excellence, SAP S/4H, JIRA is a plus
