Position Overview
Intern in the Packaging Speed Testing team at the Roche Kaiseraugst site, responsible for ensuring high‑quality standards of primary and secondary packaging materials used in manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
* Lead sub‑projects and support organizational development initiatives.
* Introduce gamification elements and contribute to process optimization.
* Assist with day‑to‑day operations and current projects within the team.
* Apply Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements in a practical setting and develop project management skills.
* Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Laboratories, Supplier Quality Management, Packaging Development, Warehouse, Procurement, and Planning to gain a broad insight into the Quality Unit and production centre.
Qualifications
* Student in psychology, innovation, or a scientific field – currently enrolled or graduated within the last 12 months.
* Organised and structured way of working.
* Strong spatial reasoning skills.
* Team‑oriented and communicative personality.
* High level of initiative, assertiveness, and persuasiveness.
* Reliable and detail‑focused, with experience in a GMP‑regulated environment a plus.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
