SCRUM Master – 12 Month Contract – Switzerland – Home Office

We are looking for an experienced SCRUM Master to support agile teams within a leading Med Tech organisation in Zurich, Switzerland. This is a 12-month contract with strong potential for extension.
General conditions
* Start Date: Mid November
* End Date: December 31st 2026
* Extension: Possible extension for a further 12 months
* Hourly Rate: To be discussed (depends on experience)
* Location: Remote (with the option to visit the Zurich team if preferred)
* Home Office: On average 1-2 days per week in the office is ideal
What You’ll Do
* Enable teams to deliver value by guiding them in agile practices and principles
* Facilitate all SCRUM ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
* Remove impediments, foster self-organisation, and drive continuous improvement
* Champion agile mindset across teams and stakeholders
* Support a culture of transparency, feedback, and accountability
What We’re Looking For
* Proven track record as a SCRUM Master (certifications a plus)
* Deep understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
* Strong facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills
* Fluency in German and English
