This role is an exciting opportunity to shape the narrative of a fast-moving, innovative financial technology platform while driving audience engagement and education. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and distributing high-quality content across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business goals. The position requires both creativity and analytical skills to craft content that resonates with sophisticated audiences, optimizes SEO, and supports conversion and retention. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage editorial workflows, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives. Accountabilities

Lead all content marketing initiatives, creating and distributing engaging content that drives traffic, leads, and customer retention.

Develop and manage an editorial calendar, content workflows, and channel strategies across websites, social media, newsletters, and digital hubs.

Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives, brand voice, and marketing campaigns.

Optimize content for SEO, audience engagement, and conversion, while monitoring performance metrics to inform ongoing improvements.

Manage creative resources, including designers, writers, and external agencies, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.

Produce educational and research‑based content, supporting thought leadership initiatives and audience engagement.

Present program strategies and performance results to executives and stakeholders, providing actionable insights.

Requirements

BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.

Proven experience in content creation for digital platforms, with an editorial mindset and strong storytelling ability.

Solid understanding of SEO, content optimization, and social media channel strategy.

Experience managing multiple stakeholders and prioritizing projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Proficiency with WordPress, Google Analytics, and major social media channels.

Strong analytical skills to measure content performance and optimize engagement, leads, and conversions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead creative initiatives and work independently.
