Responsibilities
Lead and develop the team of project managers in the field of traffic control systems
Assume technical and organizational responsibility for project execution
Support your team during the bidding phase in finding technical and commercial solutions, scheduling, and quality assurance
Execute your own projects
Ensure the successful implementation of projects after order receipt together with your team
Monitor resources, deadlines, costs, and quality targets within projects
Promote the continuous development of processes, standards, and employees
Organize and oversee system tests, installations, and acceptance procedures (in-house and external)
Your Profile
Degree in electrical engineering with advanced training at a vocational school (HF) or university of applied sciences (FH), or equivalent
Several years of experience in technical-commercial project management
Initial leadership experience or a strong interest in a team lead role
Experience coordinating interdisciplinary teams and complex projects
Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of quality and responsibility
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a motivational leadership style
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
Fluent German, very good French and English knowledge; additional languages are a plus
Enjoy constantly changing tasks
Willingness to travel about 20%
