Technical and managerial leadership of the production planning team, which currently consists of 4 employees
Responsibility for the operational and tactical production planning of cable manufacturing, with the goal of optimizing resource utilization and meeting deadlines
Creation, maintenance, and ongoing adjustment of production schedules, taking into account deadlines, batch sizes, and setup times
Responsibility for the needs‑based procurement of raw materials, semi‑finished goods, and finished goods, as well as for implementing appropriate measures in the event of material shortages
Planning, analysis, and management of short‑, medium‑, and long‑term capacities (staff, equipment, shifts)
Active participation in S&OP, forecasting, and reconciliation processes
Continuous improvement of planning processes, planning logic, and key performance indicators, as well as support for the further development of ERP and planning tools
You Are
Basic technical or business training, followed by advanced training to become a Process Specialist (FA) or a Certified Industrial Engineer (HF)
Several years of professional experience in a similar position
An open‑minded person with a high degree of flexibility and initiative
Solution‑oriented thinking and action
Very good written and spoken German skills
