As a Production Efficiency Improvement Trainee (m/w/d), you will join the process engineering team in Vernier to improve the flow of fragrance production at one of Givaudan's biggest sites.

Reporting to our Process Engineer, you will:
* Manage data analysis using Excel or SAP
* Improve automation rates by analyzing and monitoring the flow of raw materials
* Contribute to specific projects like BI reports
* Collaborate with different partners locally and globally
* Lead rapid improvement events on the shop floor with teams to enhance production efficiency
* Apply lean–6 sigma concepts on the shop floor

Your success profile includes:
* Master's degree student in industrial engineering, materials science and engineering, operational management, technology, entrepreneurship, or a similar discipline
* Knowledge of continuous improvement methods like lean management and 6-sigma
* Knowledge of BI reports is beneficial
* Fluent in French and English
* Note: For safety reasons, wearing a beard is not permitted in production roles
* As Givaudan is subject to OFAC regulations, you will need to provide a criminal record later in the recruitment process
