Our Swiss team (locations Muttenz/BL and Schlieren/ZH) is looking for support in the area of project and construction management. As part of your daily work, you will be involved with various projects - both small and large - for the high-tech industry, within a highly dedicated team of professionals. We appreciate enthusiastic and open-minded colleagues who feel comfortable in a dynamic environment. Your work location will be Muttenz or Schlieren (depending on your place of residence).
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
1. Construction management of industrial projects
2. Coordination of subcontractors and ensuring quality on the construction site
3. Coordination of the construction site, procedures and workflows
4. Control and review of construction progress
5. Ensuring compliance with work safety regulations (SUVA)
6. Organization of daily coordination meetings and work schedules
7. Participation in site inspections and acceptance tests
8. Recording and tracking of defects
Show your expertise
9. Successfully completed training as a building services technician (HVAC) or similar
10. Experience as a construction manager on capital projects or relevant professional experience in this field
11. At least 3 years of professional experience in construction management or project management
12. Good MS-Office skills
13. Fluent German (written and spoken)
14. English skills at least B1 level
15. Initiative and commitment as well as a high degree of flexibility
16. Resilient as well as customer- and team-oriented personality
