This role sits at the intersection of legal, information security, and risk management and works closely with business leaders, IT, security, and compliance teams across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will provide practical, risk‐based legal advice to support secure and compliant operations in a multinational environment.**How will you do it*** Support Swiss corporate governance matters, including board and shareholder documentation.* Organize, manage and support quarterly board and subcommittee meetings for multiple entities, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with Swiss corporate requirements.* Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and intra-group agreements governed by Swiss law.* Provide legal support for cybersecurity, data governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives across the group.* Advise on international data protection and cybersecurity requirements.* Support incident preparedness and response activities, including coordination with information security, privacy, compliance, communications, and external counsel.* Review and advise on cybersecurity‐related contractual provisions, including security controls, audit rights, incident notification, remediation, and liability.* Collaborate with global legal colleagues on cross‐border cybersecurity, data protection, and corporate matters.* Support multinational initiatives involving multiple legal regimes and internal stakeholders.**What we look for*** Swiss law degree (MLaw or equivalent)* Approximately **1-5 years of relevant legal experience**, gained in a law firm and/or in‐house environment.* Demonstrated experience or strong interest in **cybersecurity and data protection**.* Solid understanding of **Swiss corporate and commercial law** within a multinational context.* Strong analytical and drafting skills with attention to detail.* Ability to deliver clear, pragmatic, and business‐focused legal advice.* Effective stakeholder management and collaboration across legal, technical, and business teams.* Sound judgment and a risk‐based approach to legal issues.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* **Fluent English** (written and spoken) required.#LI-MP1#LI-HybridYour buildings have a purpose.
