1. Working as production expert in Capital investment projects for building and commissioning of the manufacturing units.
2. Ensure that operational activities for clinical and/or commercial manufacturing are performed in a timely manner and within given safety and quality standards.
3. Responsible for entire processes or process units for clinical and commercial manufacturing projects in therapeutic BioConjugates like Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADC).
* Master's Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related Life Science subject. Equivalent experience will also be considered for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree.
* Highly organized person with project ownership who can keep track of timelines and deliverables to ensure the project stays on track
* Strong knowledge of Bioconjugates and Automation (MES/DeltaV) is a big asset
