With a strong emphasis on workforce development, agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration, they are seeking a passionate and pragmatic Change & Transformation Lead to join their dynamic team. Please note that the role requires weekly on-site presence in Ticino and Zürich.
Job Description
As a Change & Transformation Lead, you will be a strategic partner for a major cloud transformation program. You will work across multiple functions to shape and execute workforce strategies, drive capability building, and support agile delivery-all while fostering a strong culture of ownership, learning, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Workforce Transition & Capability Building
Define future-state career paths, role transitions, and hiring strategies to support business transformation.
Design, implement, and monitor upskilling programs to address key capability gaps.
Internal Communication & Engagement
Develop and deliver a clear and engaging communications strategy tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.
Translate complex transformation goals and content into accessible, inspiring narratives.
Communities of Practice & Knowledge Sharing
Build and scale cross-functional communities of practice to encourage structured peer learning.
Enable collaborative formats to enhance knowledge exchange and collective problem-solving.
Agile Ways of Working
Implement agile methodologies while maintaining alignment with regulatory milestones.
Support teams in adopting agile rhythms and delivery cadences in large-scale programs.
Team Culture & Change Adoption
Promote a culture grounded in ownership, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Guide leaders and teams through behavioral change, managing resistance and enabling adoption.
The Successful Applicant
Experience:
Minimum 7 years in transformation/change roles within tech or consulting.
Proven track record delivering in complex environments (200+ FTE), ideally in regulated sectors.
Skills:
Strong communication skills with executive presence and a flair for storytelling.
Proficient in agile frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation techniques.
Fluent in English (mandatory); German and/or Italian are advantageous.
Mindset:
Outcome-driven, pragmatic, and people-centric.
Adept at navigating ambiguity and bridging the gap between strategy, technology, and human behavior.
