Ph3About the Role /h3 pPosition: Account Executive within the SAP Academy for Customer Success (a global development program for early‑career talent) /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSuccessfully complete a 10‑month learn‑apply program, including classroom and field phases with the sales team. /li liImmerse yourself in multi‑dimensional experiential learning focusing on digital transformation, global intelligence, human skills, business and technology acumen, solution/industry knowledge, and strategy/tools/process. /li liDrive value across the customer lifecycle through solution adoption, ongoing renewals, and account expansion. /li liReceive onboarding in your local market with on‑the‑job training and mentoring by a Senior Account Executive; work both behind the scenes and directly with customers. /li /ul h3SSE Focus Areas /h3 ul liSAP Finance Spend Management – accounting, procurement, supplier management. /li liSAP SuccessFactors – HR and payroll, talent management, employee experience, HR analytics, workforce planning. /li liSAP Supply Chain Management – supply chain, asset management, manufacturing, logistics, product lifecycle. /li liSAP Customer Experience – e‑commerce, sales, customer service, marketing processes. /li liSAP Business Transformation Management – business process management/automation. /li liSAP Business Technology Platform SAP Business Data Cloud – data management, analytics, application development, integration, intelligent technologies, AI. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li2–3 years of professional experience in a quota‑carrying sales environment in a technology company, or experience with significant exposure to business processes. /li liExperience generating opportunities, qualifying leads, managing sales pipelines across a defined territory, and building customer relationships. /li liA cooperative and productive approach to working relationships, internally and externally. /li liStrong ability to learn new concepts quickly, adapt to changing environments, and apply knowledge to deliver results. /li liUnderstanding of AI fundamentals, use cases, and ethics. /li liResilient mindset, optimism, and a drive for growth and success. /li liStrong business acumen and demonstrated knowledge of business processes and/or industries. /li liProficiency in English to engage with our global network. /li /ul h3Equal Employment Opportunity /h3 pQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to their age, race, religion, national origin, ethnicity, gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, etc.), sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, protected veteran status, or disability, in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local legal requirements.
