Job description
As an HR IT expert, your main activities include the following:
* Collaborating with the HR community to analyze requirements and design, configure, develop, train, and test HR IT solutions.
* Providing first and second-level support for HR applications, with a particular focus on Swiss Payroll (ERP HR ProConcept).
* Analyzing, implementing, and documenting new IT processes within the HR domain.
* Performing regular maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of HR applications.
* Participating in or leading HR IT projects, depending on scope and requirements.
