These projects include the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of state-of-the-art procurement processes but also digital Procurement Solutions, leveraging both traditional but also agile ways of working. In addition, the Procurement Project Manager is leading benchmarking and sourcing projects, leveraging modern digital technologies and procurement tools (e.g. eAuctions).
