The Role: Lead the scaling of a Swiss Family Office trading desk.
We are extending our trading operations and need a lead to manage the expansion. You will be responsible for the strategic roadmap and the management of new talent and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Planning: Create and execute the plan for the desk's extension.
* Pipeline Management: Manage the flow of incoming traders and trading strategies.
* Process Design: Build and oversee the vetting and onboarding framework.
Requirements
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
* Network: Established contacts in front-office roles.
* Execution: Proven ability to build and manage operational processes.
